Join Jennie Gilbert with the OSU Extension Service for a food preservation class on June 13th from 6pm to 8pm at the Halsey Community Center. In this class, Mrs. Gilbert will cover home canning jams and jellies, as well as water bath and steam canning. Class cost is $15 per person. Click HERE to register and pay for the class.
